About the Role

Are you a Full-Stack Developer who wants to do more than just write code? Do you want to build AI solutions that have a tangible impact on the automotive industry?

Join our joint AI & App team (Nomea & P3) and take ownership of building cutting-edge AI modules for our multi-project management tool. We are looking for a hands-on developer to work side-by-side with our consultants, identifying automation potential and turning it into working products on our AI platform.

You will be at the forefront of developing the SQA Cockpit and other innovative AI solutions, working with the latest technologies like LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows. Your scope will cover the entire stack—from backend and frontend to DevOps and UI.

What you will do

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with P3 and Nomea colleagues to identify AI potential and translate business needs into technical product requirements.
• Own the Tech Stack: Build and maintain the full stack, including backend, APIs, frontend (React/TypeScript), UI, and DevOps pipelines.
• Design AI Architectures: Design end-to-end AI solutions featuring LLMs, RAG, orchestration, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop & Automate: Create agents, workflows, and automation using tools like n8n, Copilot Studio, and Azure.
• Integrate & Scale: Seamlessly integrate our solutions with enterprise systems such as M365, SAP, and various data platforms.
• Ensure Quality: Define guardrails for evaluation and observability, and own testing, CI/CD, and production readiness.
• Lead & Mentor: Contribute to the technical direction of the team through code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned developer who loves the challenge of building complex, end-to-end solutions and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty with both code and client interactions.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 3–5+ years of software engineering experience with shipped products.
• Full-Stack Capability: Proven experience across backend, frontend, UI, and DevOps.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript, with solid experience in React.
• Cloud & Microsoft Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with Azure (specifically Azure OpenAI and AI Foundry). Knowledge of M365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Teams is a strong plus.
• AI & Automation: Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows. Experience with workflow/orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) and Copilot Studio/Power Platform.
• DevOps Mindset: Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment.
• Communication: Ability to work directly with non-technical users and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Location: Willingness to work at least 3 days per week on-site in Budapest.
• Language: Fluent in English.

• MCP experience.
• Consulting background.
• Domain exposure (automotive/operations).
• Native/local to Budapest.
• German language skills (B2+).
