AI Pipeline Developer

We are a 110-person Development Group creating Ericsson Network Location (ENL), the positioning solution trusted by over 120 mobile operators globally. With 40%+ market share, we deliver 2G/3G/4G/5G positioning across regulatory, enterprise, and private networks.

We manage the complete product lifecycle using cloud-native development, modern CI/CD pipelines, and automation. As positioning demand surges with 5G, IoT, and autonomous vehicles, we actively shape 3GPP standards to align with Ericsson's strategic direction and drive network-based solutions forward.

Extending our 20-year success story into 5G and 6G, we combine product expertise with standards influence.

What you will do:

• Develop LLM-based AI pipelines to secure 100% efficiency gain over two years in code development
• Experiment with various LLMS and revisit their performance
• Conduct end-user interviews to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop prototypes and in case of positive results, productify and integrate them to the CI workflows

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required
• Experience with AI pipelines, LLM RAG, embedding models, vector databases and knowledge graphs.
• Experience in SW development practices
• Experience in creating advanced software architectures, redesign and refactoring
• Good command of English
• Ability to foster collaboration across organizational boundaries and with external parties.
• Proven ability to balance conflicting priorities.
• Self-driven personality with bias to action and decision-making.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Scientific publications is an advantage.
