This role is hybrid, 2 days per week in the office (Bucharest).
🚀Then what?
Machine Learning Engineer focused on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive impactful business decisions, with the following tasks:
- Design, build, and deploy ML models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance
- Build end-to-end pipelines, ensuring models are production-ready and seamlessly integrated into existing systems
- Utilize SageMaker's built-in algorithms and tools to streamline workflows
- Develop and manage big data processing workflows using Apache Spark on AWS EMR
- Utilize Amazon Redshift and S3 for data storage, processing, and analysis
- Use MLFlow for experiment tracking, model management, and versioning
- Schedule and automate data processing tasks and model training workflows using Apache Airflow
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure smooth integration of ML models into production
Required technical skills:
- Min. 4 years of experience in machine learning engineering, including building and deploying models at scale
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong programming expertise in Python and experience with Spark for distributed data processing
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EMR, SageMaker, Redshift, S3)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-level code adhering to software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
- Experience with MLFlow (or similar) for managing the ML lifecycle and Apache Airflow for automation
- Good English knowledge (upper intermediate level)
