AI/ML Engineer

Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Sunrise, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Requirements - 5-8 years experience -

• Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, and embeddings (agentic RAG is a plus)
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines (chunking, retrieval, prompting)
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, etc.)
• Experience writing agentic workflows using LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Ability to use models for embeddings, summarization, and basic classification tasks
• Ability to write clean, functional Python code
• Basic understanding of retrieval strategies (chunking, top-k, similarity)
• Comfortable building simple APIs or prototypes (FastAPI preferred)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly
• Basic evaluation/debugging of LLM outputs
• Being able to write java code is a plus as this position may require java coding as well.
• Onsite in Sunrise FL 3x per week
