Role Description As an Agent Developer at Sentinos, you will design, build, and optimize AI agents that power the company’s marketing operating system. You will work on integrating agents with diverse data sources, defining agent behaviors, and implementing workflows that connect brand, customer, and channel data. Day-to-day responsibilities include prototyping new agent capabilities, writing clean and maintainable code, testing and iterating on agent performance, and collaborating closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate marketing use cases into intelligent automation. You will also participate in architecture discussions, contribute to documentation, and help improve development practices as the product moves from early stage to beta and beyond. This is a full-time, hybrid mode role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills in languages commonly used for AI and backend development (such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar), with experience building production-grade services.
• Experience working with AI models, agents, or machine learning systems, including designing prompts, orchestrating model calls, and integrating APIs or SDKs from AI platforms.
• Background in data engineering or data-intensive applications, including working with structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, and database technologies.
• Exposure to marketing technology, analytics platforms, or customer data tools, with the ability to map marketing workflows into technical solutions considered an advantage.
• Comfort with early-stage product development, including rapid prototyping, iteration based on feedback, and collaborating in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; start-up or high-growth environment experience is a plus.
