Job Description

We are looking for experienced AI Engineers with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and scalable machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG-based applications using vector databases and LLMs.
• Develop Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Create scalable APIs and backend services using Python.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure model performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML algorithms and model development.
• Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Good knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face or similar platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
