💰 $150k–$180k base + meaningful equity

Regulatory complexity is quietly one of the biggest bottlenecks in building infrastructure. Power projects, data centres, and renewable energy developments can slip by months because the critical information, zoning codes, environmental filings, agency requirements, is scattered across thousands of documents with no single source of truth.

An early-stage AI company is solving this: their platform reads that regulatory information, connects it to specific projects and locations, and turns it into structured, explainable answers engineering teams can actually act on.

They're now hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, highly technical team and help shape how the whole system is built.

What they're looking for:

✅ 4+ years Software Engineering experience

✅ Strong Python backend development

✅ Production experience with AI agents / LLM workflows

✅ Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI APIs or similar

✅ Search systems + GraphQL / REST

✅ PostgreSQL / databases

✅ Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, GCP or similar

✅ Comfortable with containers, CI/CD & observability

✅ Someone who thrives in a 0→1 / founding engineering environment
