Python AI Engineer

Hiring: Python AI Engineer | Mount Laurel, NJ | Hybrid

We're looking for a skilled Python AI Engineer with strong experience in building production-ready AI services, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows to join a fast-paced AI engineering team.

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Work Authorization: USC & GC Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and asynchronous frameworks such as FastAPI

• Experience building production-ready AI services and APIs using Python

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures

• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications

• Experience with Prompt Engineering and modern AI development frameworks

• Strong experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and semantic search

• Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and multi-step AI workflows

• Experience with model serving, inference, and production AI deployment

• Strong database experience with SQL platforms such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or NoSQL databases

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Go and TypeScript

• Strong understanding of microservices and cloud-native architectures

• Experience deploying scalable AI applications in production environments

• Familiarity with AI observability, evaluation, and performance optimization
