Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems to drive business automation and productivity.
- Architect and implement GenAI, LLM, and RAG solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Define AI architecture, development standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
- Lead AI integration with enterprise platforms, applications, and workflows.
- Mentor and guide AI Engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, security, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, ML, or related disciplines.
- Experience with token optimization
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern software development practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
