Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer who enjoys building modern cloud-native applications and wants to work on cutting-edge AI-powered software.

You'll build scalable backend services, intuitive React applications, data-driven solutions, and AI-enabled features while collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and engineers.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications
• Build scalable REST APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Develop responsive React applications using modern frontend practices
• Design relational database schemas and write efficient SQL queries
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data processing workflows
• Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets to identify trends and drive application functionality
• Develop cloud-native applications deployed on Microsoft Azure
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs, and AI agents into production applications
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and fellow engineers throughout the software development lifecycle
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve application reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• 2+ years of professional experience developing applications with Python or React (experience with both strongly preferred)
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Experience designing relational databases and writing complex SQL queries
• Experience developing cloud-hosted applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience building data processing, ETL, or data integration pipelines
• Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, or statistical analysis techniques
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
