Software Development Engineer (m/f/d) - Meshing and AI

As a Software Development Engineer (m/f/d) - Meshing and AI you will join the R&D organization providing technologies to all the brands of Dassault Systemes, and solve complex Meshing and AI related challenges on our core 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Role Description And Responsibilities

• Transform our meshing portfolio for electromagnetics to the next evolution level.
• Help to realize our ambitious vision toward a fully automatic workflow that redefines modeling, meshing and simulation in the context of generative AI.
• Apply AI-based techniques to improve reliability, performance and quality of our state of the art software components for surface meshing.
• Build on top of a powerful CAD kernel.
• Work within a motivated team to create meshing APIs, and together with the application to fulfill the requirements of the SIMULIA portfolio.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in either Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or in a related discipline.
• Theoretical knowledge specifically on meshing, computational geometry or computer graphics is an advantage.
• Proficient usage of Python and C++ for development.
• Experience in training neural networks, and/or academic course in AI.
• Great if you have knowledge of transformers, graph neural networks or PointNet.
