Full Stack Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast growing technology company in the food and hospitality space. They serve a large and growing market with a lean, high output team.

The Opportunity

Our client needs an engineer who thinks AI first, ships end to end, and moves fast. You won't get tickets. You'll get loosely defined problems and the freedom to decide what to build, build it, and ship it to real customers quickly.

This is a high ownership, founding level role. You'll shape how AI shows up across the platform, from core product features to the tools operators use daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ambiguous product ideas from zero to shipped, largely on your own
• Build AI native features (agents, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, evals) as core product
• Own the full stack: frontend, backend, data, and model integration
• Build feedback loops (evals, telemetry, fast iteration) for reliable AI in production
• Make pragmatic build vs buy calls
• Partner with product and operations to turn business problems into shipped solutions

Requirements

• Hands on experience building with LLM APIs and SDKs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open models)
• Strong full stack ability in TypeScript / Python and a modern web stack
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years shipping production full stack apps
• A public track record: open source repos, side projects, or products with real users
• Product minded, comfortable with ambiguity, and fast at shipping

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.
