Aler Health unifies every source of a person's health data, wearables, labs, and medical records, into one continuous picture of the body, and applies our proprietary modeling to help someone understand their health in realtime. We don't operate on data dashboards, we create insights and plans. The result is the most complete longitudinal dataset of individual human health ever assembled.

We are looking for a full stack engineer who wants to help continue building it. We have already close to 1 year's worth of work done and completed apps across multiple platforms. You will be coming on board and helping to CONTINUE to develop a product that is currently north of 800,000 lines of code. You WON'T BE DEVELOPING FROM SCRATCH, you will be building onto something that is ALREADY enterprise-grade.

Previous engineering experience at a company like OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google, or a comparable high-bar engineering organization. You have shipped production software at scale and you know what good looks like.

Beyond the resume, you are someone who:

• Has a big vision of the future. You see where AI is taking health care over the next decade and you want to be one of the people who builds it, not someone who reads about it later.
• Solves problems creatively. You think outside the obvious answer, and you can hold the big picture in your head while you do it.
• Is obsessive about your work. You care how the code reads, not just whether it runs. Details that nobody else would notice bother you until they are fixed.
• Works well on a team. Strong opinions, argued directly, and then you commit to the decision and build.
