Are you a strong Software Engineer with 5+ years of commercial experience and deep, hands-on AI expertise?

We’re looking to speak with experienced Software Engineers who have a strong software development background and have built, developed and deployed real-world AI solutions.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ commercial experience in software development
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Strong experience with AI / Machine Learning / LLMs / Generative AI
• Excellent Python skills
• Experience building and integrating AI solutions into production environments
• Strong backend and API development experience
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Good understanding of software architecture, development practices and deployment
• A genuine interest in how AI can be applied to solve real-world business problems

We’re interested in engineers who have genuine hands-on experience developing AI solutions — whether that's working with LLMs, RAG, NLP, machine learning, AI agents, model integration, AI automation or related technologies.

You’ll be a strong software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and is excited by the rapid development of AI technology.

Strong software engineering ability combined with substantial AI experience is the priority.
