🛠️ Tech Stack & Environment

You don’t need everything—but experience across some of the below is key:

• Python (FastAPI, modern tooling like UV / Pixi)
• APIs: REST / GraphQL
• Frontend: HTML / HTMX
• Cloud: AWS (S3, ECS)
• Databases: PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure: Terraform
• Workflow orchestration (e.g. Prefect)
• ML systems / GPU workloads
• Exposure to AI tools (e.g. Claude Code)

🎓 Background

• 6–10 years’ software engineering experience
• Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology/Chemistry, Physics, or similar
