💡 Your Role

• Actively integrate AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Copilot4DevOps) into daily workflows to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions for international clients across industries
• Contribute to AI enablement initiatives, helping scale AI adoption across our technology landscape
• Collaborate in Agile teams, applying modern development practices in an AI-accelerated environment
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and best practices

🧠 Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within complex environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in international teams
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Passion for Generative AI and data engineering
• Results-driven, adaptable, and eager to continuously learn
• Fluent in English

⚙️ Your Technical Expertise

• Programming: Python
• Frameworks: LlamaIndex and/or LangChain
• AI Observability: Arize Phoenix, LangSmith
• Cloud Platforms: Azure (experience with other cloud providers is a plus)
• APIs: RESTful API integration
• Version Control: Git
• CI/CD: Familiarity with pipelines and automation tools
• Containers (nice-to-have): Docker
• Security & Compliance: Understanding of best practices
