Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Core responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions and conversational interfaces that automate business workflows using Azure services.
• Integrate Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Document Intelligence) into end-to-end applications and data pipelines.
• Build robust, production-quality Python code for orchestration, and service integration; include testing, logging, and monitoring.
• Orchestrate multi-step agent workflows and connectors to enterprise systems (APIs, databases, document stores).
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, identity, and compliance patterns (Managed Identity, Azure Key Vault, RBAC, secure secret/access handling).

Required skills & experience

• Overall Professional experience: 6–10+ years preferred
• Python: 3+ years of hands-on experience writing production-quality Python for integrations with AI.
• LLM & model integration: Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI or similar) into applications, including using embeddings and vector similarity search.
• Azure AI services: Experience with Azure Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer) or experience integrating Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services into solutions.
• API integration & orchestration: Experience consuming REST APIs, event-driven or workflow orchestration, and connecting to enterprise systems.
• Cloud deployment: Experience deploying Python services on Azure and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Experience with authentication and enterprise security patterns on Azure (Managed Identity, Key Vault).
