• MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field
• 3+ years ML/AI experience in production
• Expert in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP
• Experience with email processing and text analysis

Drive user acquisition and product positioning for RefundIQ. Develop go-to-market strategies, manage campaigns across digital channels, and optimize conversion funnels.

• 4+ years product marketing experience
• B2C SaaS or fintech background
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Experience with subscription business models

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional support and guidance. Help users maximize their refund recovery success through the RefundIQ platform.

• 3+ years customer success experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools
• Fintech or consumer service background preferred

Analyze user behavior, refund patterns, and platform performance to drive data-informed decisions. Build predictive models and dashboards to optimize our refund recovery algorithms.

• 3+ years data science experience
• Expert in Python, SQL, and visualization tools
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Statistical modeling and machine learning expertise
