Full Stack Developer (AI)

About the Role: We're looking for an Full Stack Developer (AI) to develop AI-powered solutions that drive digital transformation. You'll design, build, and deploy scalable applications while working with AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Work Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (50% RTO)

Work Shift: Mid Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications.
• Build AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Dify.
• Develop applications using Python and modern software development practices.
• Build and integrate APIs and microservices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with CI/CD, APIs, and enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or Dify.
• Experience building solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Spring Boot and/or OutSystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
