Senior AI Agentic & Automation Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior AI Agentic & Automation Engineer to lead the architecture and execution of an autonomous employee agents platform and executive systems based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, software/backend engineering, automation engineering, full-stack engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents, agentic systems, backend services, APIs, workflow automations, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, n8n, RAG, AI evaluation/verification, APIs, databases, and secure system architecture.
• Experience with Hugging Face, GPU-based workloads, model training/fine-tuning, model evaluation, MLOps, or model serving is highly desirable.
• Enterprise Automation: Experience automating finance, procurement, HR, visa processing, ERP/accounting, or executive reporting is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize autonomous multi-agent systems and reasoning workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Build and scale workflow automations using platforms such as n8n and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend services, APIs, microservices, background jobs, and integration layers supporting agent orchestration and enterprise workflows.
• Integrate internal databases, enterprise systems, Tally accounting software, communication platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, verification layers, and evaluation mechanisms to improve accuracy and reduce AI hallucinations.
• Manage AI/ML model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment using Hugging Face and GPU-enabled environments.
• Write production-ready backend and integration code using Python and Node.js.
• Design and implement secure, scalable data architectures using platforms such as Supabase and MongoDB.
• Implement logging, monitoring, auditability, validation rules, and approval workflows for high-risk automated actions.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy new features using tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Lovable, Replit, or similar AI-powered development platforms.
• Collaborate closely with business and executive stakeholders to translate operational requirements into autonomous, measurable, and reliable workflows.
