Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Python Developer (AI and ML Engineering) will design, develop, and maintain backend services that power ResultBull’s AI-powered business discovery and matchmaking features. Day-to-day responsibilities include building scalable APIs, integrating machine learning models into production systems, optimizing data pipelines, and collaborating with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The role also involves writing clean, testable, and maintainable code, managing database interactions, monitoring system performance, and contributing to architectural decisions that support platform reliability and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills in Python, with experience building production-ready applications.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with front-end or third-party systems.
• Solid understanding of Software Development practices, including version control, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience working with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Practical experience with AI and ML Engineering, such as model development, deployment, monitoring, and use of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and contribute to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
