Python with Gen AI

Job Description:

Experienced AI Engineer with 10 -12 years expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent Development, and AI Testing. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for Healthcare business processes, with a strong focus on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agent frameworks.

• Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions.

• Design and execute comprehensive AI testing strategies for models, LLMs, and AI agents.

• Perform model validation, prompt testing, performance testing, regression testing, security testing, and bias evaluation.

• Establish automated testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, and monitoring processes for AI applications.

• Implement ML Ops/LLM Ops practices for deployment, testing, and governance.

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver AI solutions aligned to Healthcare industry needs.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Models.

• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.

• Expertise in developing AI agents, agentic bots, and autonomous workflows.

• Strong knowledge of AI Testing, including:

• LLM Evaluation & Validation
• AI Agent Testing
• Functional, Integration & Regression Testing
• Performance & Security Testing
• Prompt Testing & Optimization
• Responsible AI, Bias & Fairness Testing
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.

Domain Experience

• Experience in the Healthcare Industry and good understanding of Payer and Provide Operations is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• Experience with ML Ops/LLM Ops, AI Governance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
