Role-AI/ML Engineer (Agentic AI & Synthetic Data)

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in building intelligent agents using synthetic data and Python. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI systems that leverage synthetic data for training, testing, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
• Generate and utilize synthetic data for training, validation, and testing of machine learning models Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using Python
• Develop AI agents using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, etc.) Create scalable data pipelines for synthetic data generation and processing
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy using advanced techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products
• Ensure data privacy and compliance by leveraging synthetic datasets
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and agentic systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) Experience in Agentic AI / Autonomous Agents development.
• Hands-on experience with synthetic data generation techniques
• Good understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP concepts
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with tools/frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
• Knowledge of data engineering and pipeline creation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
