Cybersecurity Engineer

POSITION TITLE Cybersecurity Engineer (JP-EN Bilingual)

Position Summary

In this position, you will serve as a technical pre-sales specialist supporting enterprise cybersecurity opportunities, leading technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept activities, and customer engagements while helping drive business growth through security-focused consulting and solution development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and gather customer requirements
• Design cybersecurity solution architectures aligned with business objectives
• Plan and execute proof-of-concept engagements and product demonstrations
• Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, scope documents, and effort estimates
• Support RFI and RFP responses with technical expertise
• Collaborate with strategic technology partners and evaluate new security offerings
• Ensure effective handoff from pre-sales activities to implementation teams
• Support enterprise accounts, including organizations in highly regulated industries
• Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations into solution design
• Create reusable sales assets, solution templates, and reference architectures
• Deliver technical enablement sessions for sales teams
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time (onsite)

SALARY USD $70,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
