  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years in IT infrastructure / cloud operations, with 3+ years in a team lead role
  • Demonstrated experience operating public cloud platforms at scale (Tencent Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
  • Experience with Kubernetes (TKE / EKS / AKS) in production environments
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps (ArgoCD) workflows
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management knowledge
  • Fluent in Mandarin (working language); English proficiency required for HK stakeholder communication
  • Tencent Cloud services: VPC, TKE, CLB, COS, CVM, CAM, CCN, Cloud Monitor
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (HCL), Terraform Cloud
  • Container orchestration: Kubernetes (TKE), Docker, Helm, ArgoCD
  • Monitoring and observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Tencent CLS, APM
  • CI/CD: CloudBees CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Networking: VPC design, NAT Gateway, Cloud Firewall, DNS, CDN
  • Security fundamentals: IAM, KMS, Secret Manager, WAF concepts
