Security Engineering Manager

Role Summary

Leads the security engineering team delivering and operating the full cybersecurity stack across identity, network, endpoint, cloud & app, and data domains. Owns technical direction, delivery quality and team performance in a cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite Engineers
• Own technical delivery across all cybersecurity solutions stack.
• Set engineering standards, review designs, and ensure a cloud-first security approach
• Manage day-to-day operations, incident escalations and SLAs post go-live
• Coach and develop the team; plan capacity across domains
• Report engineering status and risks to project leadership

Requirements

• 7-9+ years in security engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership/management role
• Strong cloud security background — not a traditional infrastructure-only profile
• Experience overseeing multi-domain security programs and multi-vendor stacks
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
• Cloud security certification (CCSP, CISSP or equivalent) preferred
• Jakarta-based; onsite
