Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition into cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a secure and efficient cloud environment that supports business needs and performance expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that protect cloud infrastructure and data assets.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and practices to recommend improvements and innovations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive risk mitigation and incident response.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
