IT Systems Operations Engineer - Azure, Payments
We're a global fintech payments company powering 300,000+ luxury merchants across 60 locations worldwide. As we scale toward doubling the business in three years, we need a Systems Operations Engineer to keep our production environment running smoothly and reliably.
What You'll Do
- Become the go-to expert across our production applications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in the production environment.
- Own disaster recovery within our business continuity plan.
- Drive consistent change management with ITSM and development teams.
What You'll Bring
- IT/Electronics degree or equivalent experience, plus advanced Microsoft OS and SQL knowledge.
- Exposure to JIRA/Confluence in ITIL or Agile settings.
- Fluent English; flexibility to work shifts, nights, and weekends.
- Bonus: payments experience, Azure/AWS, networking, or scripting (Python/PowerShell).
