What You'll do: - Manage, maintain, and optimize VMware virtualization environments. - Monitor backup operations and perform backup and recovery activities. - Administer and support enterprise storage platforms. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests. - Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and continuous platform improvements. - Support datacenter operations to ensure availability, performance, and reliability. - Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to enhance platform stability and efficiency. - Participate in the on-call rotation to provide operational support and incident response. Who You Are: - 3+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations. - Hands-on experience managing VMware virtualization environments. - Solid understanding of enterprise backup, storage, and datacenter infrastructure. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Availability to participate in an on-call rotation. - Experience with technologies such as Nutanix, Dell VxRail, NetApp, Dell PowerStore/Unity/PowerScale, Avamar, PowerProtect Data Manager, VMware Horizon, or Brocade SAN is considered an advantage.
