We are looking for an Cyber Security Senior Officer!

Responsabilities:

• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across a range of IT initiatives and environments.
• Define and implement security architectures aligned with corporate security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide security guidance and advisory services to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Review security deliverables to ensure compliance with cybersecurity governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cybersecurity projects by assessing risks, defining security solutions, and recommending appropriate tools and processes.
• Perform in-depth security assessments and analyses of complex technical environments, with a particular focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Develop security guidelines and ensure their consistent application across multiple IT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security throughout the software development and project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes, methodologies, and governance.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve security processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT security architecture.
• Experience performing security risk assessments and defining mitigation strategies.
• Experience providing security advisory within enterprise IT environments.
• Experience reviewing technical solutions for compliance with security standards and governance requirements.
• Experience working on cloud security initiatives and modern IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of the financial services sector is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Knowledge of information security standards, including ISO/IEC 27000 series, ISO 27005, and ISO 31000.
• Solid understanding of application and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with cloud architectures and cloud security concepts.
• Knowledge of security risk management methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate complex security scenarios and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Familiarity with security governance, compliance, and enterprise security policies.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to explain technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professional integrity.
• English: Professional working proficiency or higher.
• French: Basic knowledge is considered an advantage
