Infrastructure Security Manager

Security is foundational to everything we build. As an Infrastructure Security Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of securing our cloud and on-premise environments, helping protect our platforms, systems, and people from evolving cyber threats.

This role is ideal for a security leader who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for building secure, scalable infrastructure and developing high-performing teams.

What You Will Do:

• Drive the implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of security tools, platforms, and security controls across the organisation.
• Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the security posture of both cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and technology teams to integrate security requirements early in system design and development.
• Lead threat modelling exercises and security architecture reviews for critical systems, applications, and high-risk initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices for securing infrastructure, networks, platforms, and cloud services.
• Monitor the effectiveness of security controls and ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor infrastructure security professionals, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
• Support incident preparedness activities, security assessments, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen organisational resilience.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Seasoned hands-on experience in Information Security Architecture, Infrastructure Security, or a similar cybersecurity leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, tools, and security operations within cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure security principles.
• Experience securing cloud platforms and working with recognised compliance and security frameworks such as AWS, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of container security, Kubernetes, microservices architectures, and modern application security practices.
• Experience conducting security reviews, threat modelling, and risk assessments for infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and drive security initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading and developing technical security teams is highly valued.
