DevSecOps Manager

We are seeking a DevSecOps Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in managing complex software development projects.

Responsibilities include overseeing technical, cost, and schedule aspects of development, managing personnel performance and career growth, and ensuring adherence to standards throughout the engineering lifecycle.

The role involves addressing staffing needs, handling contract issues, executing recovery plans, and participating in key milestones.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a STEM field, at least 8 years of engineering experience, and proven leadership in engineering programs.

Strong knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation is required, along with excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.

Travel up to 10% and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance are necessary.
