Your Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the global OT Cybersecurity Program prOTect2026
- Conduct OT cybersecurity and vulnerability assessments
- Plan and implement IT/OT network segmentation and OT DMZ architectures
- Manage firewalls, OT monitoring solutions, and OT patch management activities
- Support cybersecurity incident response and remediation
- Assist international production sites with OT security, lifecycle, and digitalization initiatives
- Collaborate with Local OT Security Coordinators (LOSC), Engineering, IT, Production, and external service providers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of global OT cybersecurity standards, governance, and operational processes
- Degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT (System Integration), or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience in OT/Industrial Cybersecurity or Industrial Automation
- Strong knowledge of industrial networking, firewalls, network segmentation, and OT DMZ architectures
- Familiarity with IEC 62443, Purdue Model, ISA-95, and OT cybersecurity principles
- Experience with industrial control systems (DCS/PLC), industrial communication protocols, and OT security technologies
- Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel internationally
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with strong communication skills and a high level of security awareness
