Currently, we are seeking a skilled Community Manager whom we will entrust with the growth, engagement, and day-to-day moderation of our player community.

Your Role:

  • Manage and grow the game's community across relevant platforms;
  • Create and schedule engaging content for different platforms, including announcements, event teasers, polls, challenges, player stories, and other interactive activities that fit the game’s audience;
  • Moderate community channels to keep discussions healthy, on-brand, and free of toxicity or spam;
  • Stay current on gaming culture, platform trends, and competitor community strategies;
  • Develop and execute a social media and community strategy, including a flexible content calendar;
  • Collect, categorize, analyze, and prioritize community feedback, identifying recurring issues, player needs, sentiment trends, and opportunities for product improvement;
  • Identify recurring player issues and escalate product, technical, or LiveOps problems to the support team;
  • Work closely with dev team to prepare community activities around upcoming releases, events and game updates;
  • Providing structured insights on player sentiment, product issues, feature requests, LiveOps performance, and emerging community trends;
  • Develop community-driven product mechanics (game for community): polls, challenges, player-created content, in-game rewards, social sharing, community events etc.;
  • Analyze and report on content performance data to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation;
  • Continuously evaluate performance metrics and iterate on community strategies based on result;
  • Documentation: maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.

What makes you a perfect fit?
  • Relevant work experience of at least 3 years in the IT or gamedev industry;
  • Strong understanding of mobile games, casual audiences, player behavior and community dynamics;
  • Genuine passion for and knowledge of video games and gaming culture;
  • Hands-on experience managing social media and player communities at scale; experience with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Reddit or similar community platforms is a plus;
  • Experience with analytics tools for tracking and reporting performance;
  • Ability to create simple content (graphics, short videos, copy) or work closely with a designer to produce it;
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows for content creation, including copywriting, image/video generation, editing, localization, and content repurposing;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages will be a plus;
  • A portfolio or examples of past community growth/engagement work is a strong plus.
