Top User Growth Manager - TikTok LIVE - Paris

Responsibilities

The LIVE Operations team is focused on building a scalable and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. By working closely with a wider group of consumer audiences, creators, and creator agencies, we drive long-term growth through content innovation, monetization enablement, and community development.

We're looking for someone to join our expanding TikTok LIVE team in Paris, managing a portfolio of French-speaking VIP accounts(Gifters). You'll build close relationships with our VIP Gifting community, gather their feedback on their experiences of using TikTok LIVE, as well as educate them on our latest tools and features. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure we're always delivering the best possible experience for our TikTok LIVE viewers.

You will own end-to-end user strategy, leveraging data to improve user engagement, retention, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a VIP user Portfolio and build an understanding of VIP user behaviour through relationship building, feedback and data
- Analyze performance and present findings, identifying trends and patterns.
- Help our VIPs to get to grips with our new features, tools and technology
- Work cross-functionally with gifting, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the LIVE experience.
- Work with Community and Agency manager teams to help them improve their understanding of the motivations of VIP gifters
- Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
- Work with our Trust & Safety, payments and product teams and act as an advocate for our VIP communities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- 5+ years of experience in user ops / growth / customer success, with demonstrated experience of high-value client relation management and campaign project management in a data-driven environment
- Ability to turn insights into execution
- Fluent in English & French (both written and spoken to communicate with the French team)

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience in live streaming / social / creator platforms
- Familiar with VIP support & monetization (gifting, subscriptions, etc.)
