  • Collaborate with bottling partners to help deliver end-to-end campaigns across the Coca-Cola system.
  • Represent Coca-Cola at selected events and support guest hosting activities where required.
  • Assist with adapting marketing toolkits and event materials for partnership activations.
  • Track and manage requests within Workfront and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Monitor rights usage, campaign activity and key performance indicators to support ROI tracking.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly partnership newsletters and updates.
  • Take notes during meetings and help coordinate actions and follow-ups.
  • Support the team in identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong organisation across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Explore opportunities to improve ways of working using digital and AI tools.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interested in marketing, partnerships, sports, music, entertainment or culture.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word.
  • Curious and open to using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency.
  • Confident raising challenges or questions when support is needed.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and communicating across different platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship, university society or event experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Passion for brands, culture and consumer experiences.

What You'll Gain:
