Core Responsibilities

Role Overview / Candidate Requirements

  • Monitor, manage, and support Azure integrations, applications, and cloud services.
  • Administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID), including users, groups, permissions, application access, and configurations.
  • Architect, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate/Flows
    • Power Pages
    • Copilot Studio
  • Develop and troubleshoot Copilot Studio bots and AI-driven workflows, integrating enterprise data sources and Power Platform components.
  • Manage Azure application permissions, App Registrations, Microsoft Graph API, and application secret lifecycle.
  • Design and implement integrations between cloud-based, on-premises, and third-party systems.
  • Configure and support both out-of-the-box and custom-built integrations.
  • Monitor system-to-system communication, messaging, and data transfers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for third-party applications and vendor software.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls.
  • Perform regular system, infrastructure, and application updates.
  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, implementation guides, and best practices.
  • Work as a Technical SME with system architects to design and enhance enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand technical requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
  • Gather feedback from business stakeholders and continuously improve IT services.
  • Manage and oversee projects involving existing and newly acquired vendor applications.
  • Collaborate with security engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate system vulnerabilities.
  • Lead complex escalations involving multi-vendor environments, integrations, messaging, identity, Azure, and cloud services.
  • Train and mentor IT staff on new tools, technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide technical insights, recommendations, and feedback.

    • CompTIA Security+ or higher

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Senior Azure / Microsoft Systems Engineer or Cloud Integration Engineer with strong Windows and PowerShell expertise.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PKI, Graph API, and App Registrations.
  • Proven ability to architect and integrate cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Strong Power Platform and Copilot Studio experience, especially in building business applications, workflows, bots, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Comfortable working across infrastructure, identity, security, applications, integrations, and vendor platforms.
  • Able to serve as a technical SME, lead complex escalations, communicate with business stakeholders, and mentor other technical staff.
