As an Application Security Engineer, you will identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities across our software applications. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of security within development teams, ensuring that protection is integrated into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive secure code reviews and architectural assessments to identify potential threats.
• Execute and manage static and dynamic analysis (SAST/DAST) to proactively detect vulnerabilities.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to developers on secure coding practices and OWASP standards.
• Design and implement automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines to streamline vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and remediate security findings efficiently.
• Stay current with the evolving threat landscape to recommend and implement robust defense strategies.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Application Security, Cyber Security, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in finding and fixing security vulnerabilities using SAST and DAST tools.
• Strong proficiency in performing secure code reviews and implementing OWASP best practices.
• Hands-on experience coaching development teams on secure coding standards and mitigation techniques.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and security automation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
