🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, configure, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Cisco security solutions.

✅ Support customer projects including deployments, migrations, optimizations, and service assurance activities.

✅ Lead technical delivery and execution for customer engagements.

✅ Translate business requirements into secure technical solution designs.

✅ Develop and review technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, and design recommendations.

✅ Build lab environments and simulations to validate complex technical issues.

✅ Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer incidents and troubleshooting.

✅ Support presales activities and technical solution demonstrations.

✅ Create reusable technical assets, scripts, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✔ 5–8 years of experience in security engineering, consulting, or related roles.

✔ Strong experience in enterprise and service provider security environments.

✔ Fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian are a plus.

✔ CCIE Security or CCNP Security certifications are preferred. Equivalent security certifications will also be considered. [Cisco CX C...eer JD (2) | Excel]

🔐 Technical Skills

✔ Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) / Network Access Control.

✔ VPN technologies.

✔ Network segmentation and firewall technologies.

✔ Cisco ASA, Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), and Cisco NGIPS.

✔ Advanced Threat Response.

✔ Web and Email Security (WSA & ESA).

✔ Cloud Security solutions including Umbrella and Cloudlock.

✔ Secure Workload and Secure Network Analytics.

✔ Security migrations, implementations, and complex troubleshooting.

✔ Python or scripting experience is a plus.
