Director of IT Controls

Position Summary

The Director of IT Controls is responsible for leading and enhancing the organization's IT control, compliance, and governance programs. This role serves as a key partner to Information Technology, Internal Audit, Finance, Legal, and external auditors to ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and control execution across the enterprise.

The Director of IT Controls will oversee IT General Controls (ITGC), support SOX compliance activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and establish consistent control frameworks, policies, and standards. This position also plays an important role in cloud governance and security administration within Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in IT controls, audit, compliance, and risk management with strong project management, analytical, and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple business functions to strengthen controls, improve processes, and support organizational compliance objectives.
