This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data analytics and processing platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and pipeline orchestration.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
