Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer with a strong background in IT infrastructure projects, particularly in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and remote access concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis and project coordination, with a focus on implementing Zero Trust workflows and managing user acceptance testing (UAT). This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively translate complex technical issues into business terms.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Conduct interviews with business units to document application access needs and user personas.
Process Mapping: Document current legacy VPN access workflows and design future Zero Trust workflows.
Application Profiling: Categorize corporate applications (SaaS, internal web, TCP/UDP) to prioritize onboarding.
UAT Management: Define User Acceptance Testing criteria and coordinate validation efforts with business users.
Project Tracking: Maintain the project plan, schedule milestones, and track engineering tasks effectively.
Stakeholder Updates: Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentation decks for leadership.
Risk Management: Identify project blockers, log security and compliance risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
Change Management: Coordinate user communication plans and training schedules for the new Citrix platform.
Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Hybrid Business Analyst/Project Coordinator on IT infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Citrix technologies.
Expertise in using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for project tracking.
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) or remote access concepts.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in cloud security frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in cloud security or project management are a plus.
