About the Role

As the Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, automating and securing a modern identity platform built around Microsoft technologies, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps principles.

This is a hands-on engineering position where you'll own and continuously improve identity services across Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 and Azure. You'll help drive an environment managed entirely through code, leveraging Terraform, Bicep, Microsoft365DSC, Azure DevOps and GitHub security tooling to deliver scalable, auditable and secure solutions.

About You

• Strong experience administering and engineering Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, OAuth and identity governance capabilities.
• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, Bicep and Azure-based cloud automation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML and modern source-control practices.
• Experience with Microsoft365DSC, configuration drift management and desired-state configuration concepts.
• Strong scripting and automation skills across PowerShell and/or Python.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices including security scanning, secrets management, Azure Key Vault and secure software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage identity and Microsoft 365 services through Infrastructure as Code and automated pipelines.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft365DSC baselines, monitor configuration drift and automate remediation workflows.
• Build and enhance secure Azure DevOps delivery pipelines, embedding security controls, governance and compliance requirements.
• Implement and support Entra ID capabilities including Conditional Access, access governance, application consent management and privileged access controls.
• Contribute to security monitoring, incident response, policy-as-code, Azure governance and broader security engineering initiatives.
