What’s involved:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications and projects
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, and automated vulnerability analysis
• Work with product and engineering teams to promote DevOps/DevSecOps culture and best practices
• Provide guidance on DevSecOps standards, processes, and engineering practices
• Implement and monitor DORA metrics across the engineering delivery process
• Drive continuous improvement across DevSecOps tooling, security coverage, and engineering processes
• Design and operationally manage CI/CD pipelines across Kubernetes and OpenShift environments
• Support product teams migrating existing applications towards microservice-oriented architectures

What you need:

• 3+ years' experience in DevSecOps or DevOps Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Proven Kubernetes and containerisation experience, ideally including OpenShift
• Experience integrating security tooling into software development and delivery pipelines
• Experience with Git, ArgoCD, and/or Azure DevOps Services
• Knowledge of security tools such as SonarQube, Clair, ZAProxy, and HashiCorp Vault
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Podman, and/or Skopeo
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, product, and Agile teams

• €400–€600 daily rate depending on experience
