Position Overview

We are looking for a Network & Security Engineer to support daily network and security operations across MEA sites. The role requires hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco, including firewalls, VPNs, routing, network policies, troubleshooting, and PCI compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Cisco ASA/Firepower.
• Manage firewall policies, NAT, ACLs, segmentation, and internet filtering.
• Configure and troubleshoot IPsec, SSL VPN, GlobalProtect, and AnyConnect.
• Support routing, VLANs, switching, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi operations.
• Support new site deployments, ISP connectivity, and network readiness.
• Monitor network/security logs and troubleshoot connectivity and security incidents.
• Perform daily health checks and support vulnerability remediation.
• Support PCI DSS audits, vulnerability scans, and remediation activities.
• Maintain network diagrams, firewall documentation, and change records.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on Network/Security Engineering experience.
• Strong FortiGate experience; Palo Alto and Cisco experience.
• Good knowledge of routing, VLANs, NAT, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and daily operations.
• Exposure to PCI DSS and ITIL/ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
