Role OverviewA hands-on Saviynt engineer who delivers Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) implementations across application
onboarding, access governance, and compliance use cases. Provides the team with dual-platform IGA coverage
alongside the SailPoint practice.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement Saviynt EIC modules including Application Access Governance (AAG), Cloud PAM, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
Onboard enterprise applications via Saviynt connectors (REST, SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, SAP) and configure provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
Design and implement SOD rulesets, access request workflows, and entitlement certification campaigns.
Integrate Saviynt with authoritative HR sources (SuccessFactors, Workday) and target systems (AD, Entra ID, SAP, Salesforce).
Build and maintain roles, entitlements, and birthright access policies within the Saviynt framework.
Produce technical documentation including connector specs, workflow design docs, and test evidence.
Support audit and compliance reporting deliverables tied to access reviews and certification outcomes.Required Qualifications4-6 years of IAM experience with a minimum of 3 years in direct, hands-on Saviynt EIC delivery.
Hands-on experience with Saviynt connector configuration, workflow customization, and role management.
Understanding of SOD controls, access certification design, and IGA governance concepts.
Familiarity with enterprise directory and HR system integration patterns.
Ability to deliver independently on technical workstreams with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsSaviynt Certified Professional or equivalent platform certification.
Experience with SAP GRC integration or SAP application onboarding in Saviynt.
Prior exposure to SailPoint is an advantage for cross-platform flexibility.
