As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will support our organization with a wide range of IT services such as Integrations & Automation, you will own, improve and secure our modern workplace and core IT platform in a cloud-first SaaS environment. Your day-to-day spans hands-on support and hands-on engineering—automating onboarding/offboarding, managing Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Intune, driving integrations with business systems, and implementing identity and endpoint security controls. The IT Operations team is a small and tight team, and you will be involved in everything from daily support to hands on work, to planning and discussing current and future projects.
Responsibilities & What You’ll Do 💭
- Lead automating the onboarding/offboarding, access, device management/provisioning
- Lead integrations and automation across IT and business systems (e.g., HR, Finance)
- Implement and maintain identity and endpoint security controls (MFA/Conditional Access alignment, baselines, hardening).
- Manage and improve the modern workplace: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune (policies, compliance, apps, reporting).
- Provide hands-on support, reducing recurring issues through standardization and automation.
- Deliver IT infrastructure / digital workplace projects end-to-end.
- Own endpoint lifecycle (standards, procurement coordination, inventory, rollouts).
- Own and be a primary owner of set of IT applications
- Support the Security team with audits and controls (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, GDPR, NIS2) by providing evidence, improving technical controls, and maintenance of M365/Entra/Intune and related systems.
We don’t expect you to tick every box - but we think you’ll succeed here if you have many of the below and at least 5 years of experience within IT:
✔️Experience with identity & access management concepts: MFA, SSO, RBAC, least privilege, lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver), and security-driven configuration.
✔️Experience integrating and administering common SaaS tooling (examples: endpoint security, device inventory, collaboration platforms) and building reliable integrations/automations between systems.
✔️Comfortable driving IT projects end-to-end: requirements, implementation, documentation, rollout, and continuous improvement.
✔️Experience working in a small IT team with broad responsibility and high autonomy; able to balance operational support with engineering work.
✔️Familiarity with Auth0/SSO tooling
✔️Business-level English required; Swedish is a plus.
✔️To be able to be at the office 3 days per week
