The Opportunity
This is a broad leadership role for a capable technology professional who understands how modern technology teams operate and can balance governance, security, risk and strategic enablement.
You Will Provide Leadership Across Four Key Areas
- ICT governance, policies, standards, risk, compliance and assurance.
- Cyber security strategy, risk assessment, audit, controls and continuous improvement.
- Enterprise architecture capability, including establishing and growing the function.
- Data engineering leadership and the continued development of enterprise data capabilities.
About You
You will be a technology leader with strong governance and cyber capability.
You would have built your career in infrastructure, applications, technology operations, architecture, governance, risk or cyber security, and bring a broad understanding of enterprise technology environments and how technology enables organisational outcomes.
Ideally You Will Bring Experience In
- Leading technology, governance, risk, security or architecture functions within a medium or large organisation.
- Developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and standards.
- Managing technology risk, compliance, audit and assurance activities.
- Influencing stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
- Building, leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Driving organisational uplift across cyber security, data and technology governance capabilities.
As part of the role, you will need to possess or be willing to obtain:
- Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.
- Possess Working with Children (Blue Card) – or the ability to acquire.
- Possess Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) – or the ability to acquire.
