Looking for a genuinely strong Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security Engineer who wants to work across complex customer environments, influence technical direction, and operate as a trusted technical advisor.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role with a strong focus on:

🔹 Microsoft 365 architecture & optimisation

🔹 Entra ID & Conditional Access

🔹 Intune & Endpoint Management

🔹 Microsoft Security stack (Defender / Purview / Sentinel)

🔹 Zero Trust & secure design principles

🔹 Tenant remediation & standardisation

🔹 Copilot, SharePoint & collaboration tooling

🔹 PowerShell & automation

🔹 Customer-facing consulting & technical leadership

You’ll be:

✅ Leading complex technical projects & escalations

✅ Designing secure Microsoft environments

✅ Improving engineering standards & service quality

✅ Mentoring engineers & sharing best practice

✅ Supporting migrations & modern workplace transformations

✅ Working directly with customers at both business & technical levels

Ideal background:

✔ Strong Microsoft 365 engineering experience

✔ Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Security expertise

✔ Experience in MSP or multi-customer environments

✔ Microsoft security tooling experience

✔ Comfortable leading conversations with customers

✔ MS102 / MD102 / SC / AZ certifications highly desirable
