IT Infrastructure Engineer (EMIRATI)

We are hiring 𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 for an 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 opportunity 🇦🇪.

This role is ideal for an experienced IT infrastructure professional responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise technology environments, ensuring reliable network performance, system availability, and secure infrastructure operations.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

-Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and workplace technologies.

-Monitor system performance, availability, and resilience while ensuring service levels are maintained.

-Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across networking, security, virtualization, and operating systems.

-Support infrastructure improvements, system changes, and technology projects while following IT service management practices.

-Maintain technical documentation, system standards, and operational procedures to support effective service delivery.

-Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to enhance infrastructure reliability and drive continuous improvement.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

-6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong exposure to enterprise networking environments.

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cisco networking, Fortinet security solutions, and VPN technologies.

-Experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

-Relevant certifications in Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, or IT service management are preferred.

-Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
